The economic rise of China as an industrial power in recent years and as purportedly the second largest economy in the world depending what type of measurement one uses, has been heralded as a miracle by many. Many economist forecasts a continuing rise that will eventually dominate the future and surpass the United States as the world’s largest economy in the next twenty to twenty five years. Yet for all the gloom and doom, there is a simple reason that China will not dominate the future: China.

Every state, in this contemporary world, aims at improving the standard of living of their citizens and to achieve that purpose the officials creates several economic policies. As part of the economic guiding principles removal of unemployment and substantial control over inflation are the two main objectives which hold crucial places in the economic planning and procedures. Attaining the above mentioned prime goals is not an easy task as it may look because various economic researches conducted in recent years have demonstrated that there has been an inverse relation between Unemployment and Inflation i-e an increase in unemployment will reduce the rate of inflation and a decrease in unemployment will enhance the rate of inflation in an economy.
